Established in the heart of the foie gras region in the South West of France, la Maison Barthouil preserves the tradition and raises the local duck breed, called le Picaillon. The ducks are reared free range in small flocks and are fed exclusively with grass and GMO-free corn. Maturity is at least 14 weeks, around 27% longer than average.
