300g t110 flour (or t150 for stronger taste) or T80 (for a lighter bread)
200g 5 cereals flour
salt
olive oil (1 big spoon)
1 packet of yeast
300 ml water
mix of seeds for bread

Mix in a bowl, knead for 5 minutes, then cover and let it swell for 2/ 3h in a warm place.
Add 1/4 of the packet of the mix of seeds, knead and give it its shape. Cook it for 30/45 min in 180C owen.
